Pump 震
Pump (2021) is a wall sculpture by artist and designer Yen-Ting Cho fabricated using CNC carving on wood. This sculpture forms part of Cho’s newly renovated Taiwan apartment-studio.
Stack 疊
It comprises semi-circles with tower-like internals, looking as if it's half hidden inside the wall. It's fun, mysterious, innocent, yet broken.
Cell River 細胞河流
‘Cell River’ is a wall sculpture using CNC carving on wood. It was conceived in the midst of the worldwide COVID-19 pandemic and responds optimistically to the dislocation and unease created by the virus.
As fear and anxiety piled up in circles of different sizes and patterns, erratic floating clouds and poisonous substances permeates the air.
